Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction: We are dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for you and your dog. This Liability Policy outlines the terms and conditions that participants agree to when enrolling in our classes/programs/seminars. 2. Assumption of Risk: By participating in this program/class/seminar, you acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks associated with dog training and handling. These risks include but are not limited to dog bites, injuries, or damage to property. You assume full responsibility for these risks and agree to hold Becky Preiner/Eidolon Dog Training and the class facility harmless from any claims, losses, or damages. 3. Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in this class/program/seminar, you, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Becky Preiner/Eidolon Dog Training, its employees, agents, or volunteers, from any and all liability for any claims, injuries, damages, or losses that may arise during or as a result of participation in the class/program/seminar. 4. Health and Safety: You agree to ensure that your dog is in good health and up-to-date on vaccinations. You must notify Becky Preiner/Eidolon Dog Training of any behavioral issues or medical conditions your dog has that might affect their participation. Additionally, you agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor. 5. Responsibility for Personal Property: You are responsible for your personal property and the property of your dog. Becky Preiner/Eidolon Dog Training is not liable for any loss or damage to your property or your dog’s property during the class/program/seminar. 6. Conduct: Participants are expected to act responsibly and respectfully towards other participants and their dogs. Any aggressive or disruptive behavior may result in the dismissal from the class/seminar without a refund. 7. Photography and Media: Occasionally, photographs or videos may be taken during classes/programs/seminars for promotional purposes. By participating in the classes/programs/seminars, you consent to the use of such media by Becky Preiner/Eidolon Dog Training. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us in writing. 8. Governing Law: This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Saskatchewan, Canada.
